Ingredients to make Chilly Paneer :

Paneer | : | 250 gram |
Soya sauce | : | 3 tea spoon |
Chilly sauce | : | 2 table spoon |
Tomato sauce | : | 6 table spoon |
Green chilly (sliced) | : | 8- 10 |
Garlic (crushed) | : | 8 10 |
Coriander (chopped) | : | 2 table spoon |
Sugar | : | ½ tea spoon |
Salt to test |

Oil to deep fry

Water |

Corn flour | : | 3 table spoon |
Wheat flour (hard) | : | 3 table spoon |

Method How to make Chilly Paneer:
- Mix corn flour, salt, wheat flour and water and make slurry.
- Make pieces of ½” of paneer.
- Deep paneer in slurry and deep fry in hot oil.
- Heat 2 table spoon oil fry green chilies and garlic pest in it for ½ minute. You can add ginger pest also.
- Add salt black pepper powder, sugar in and stir well.
- Now add Soya sauce, chilly sauce, tomato ketch up and 2 table spoon water and cook for a minute.
- Add fried paneer and chopper coriander and mix well.
- Serve Chilly Paneer hot.
