Adadiya Pak


  1. Ingredients
  2. 250 gm black gram flour – (Urad Dal Flour)
  3. 200 gm sugar
  4. 250 gm Desi Ghee
  5. 1 tbsp Gund – Edible Gum
  6. ½ cup Milk
  7. 2 tbsp Almonds (chopped)
  8. 2 tbsp Cashew Nuts (chopped)
  9. 4 tbsp Adadiya masala
  10. Water according to requirement

Instructions

Heat some ghee in a pan. Add warm ghee and milk in to the flour.
Press flour and keep a side for 1 hour.
Now sieve flour. Heat ghee in a pan at medium flame.
Roast flour in it till it become brown in color.
Keep a side and add gund in it.
In other vessel take sugar and add water till it deep.
Boil it at slow flame till it forms to 2 threads.
When flour becomes cool, add sugar syrup in it.
Mix properly and add almonds , adadiya masala and cashew nuts.
Stir it well. Then Pour in to dish.
After 2 hour cut in to small pieces and serve
You can store it for 15-20 days in air tied container.

Dry Manchurian

  • Ingredients:

  • Cabbage grated 1 medium

  • Cauliflower grated 1/4 small

  • Carrot grated 1 medium

  • Green chillies finely chopped 3

  • Garlic finely chopped 15 cloves

  • Ginger finely chopped 1 1/2 inch pieces

  • Salt to taste

  • Refined flour (maida) 1/4 cup

  • Dark soy sauce 4 teaspoons

  • Oil 1 tablespoon

  • Cornflour/ corn starch 1 teaspoon

  • Vegetable stock 1 cup

  • Black pepper powder 1/2 teaspoon

  • Vinegar 1 teaspoon

  • Sugar 1/2 teaspoon

  • Spring onion greens finely chopped 

  • Coriander finely chopped 


  • Method:

  • 1) Heat sufficient oil in a kadai. Mix together cabbage, carrot, cauliflower, ⅓ of the green chillies, ⅓ of the garlic, ⅔ of the ginger, salt, refined flour and 2 tsps soy sauce well.


  • 2) Shape into small balls, roll in cornflour and deep fry till golden and crisp.


3) Meanwhile heat 1 tbsp oil in a non-stick pan. Add remaining ginger, garlic and green chillies, remaining soy sauce and sauté.


4) Dissolve cornflour in 2 tbsps water. Add vegetable stock to the pan and simmer for 1-2 minutes.


5) Add cornflour mixture, pepper powder, vinegar and sugar and mix well.


6) Drain the vegetable balls and add to the sauce. Mix well. Switch off the heat.


7) Add half the spring onion greens and mix.


8) Transfer into a serving dish and serve hot garnished with remaining spring onion greens and coriander .

choco lava cake



Ingredients:


  • 1 cup dark chocolate chopped
  • 1/2 cup all purpose flour
  • 1/2 condensed milk
  • 1 cup butter
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
Method:

  1. Melt the dark chocolate and butter either in microwave or in a double boiler
  2. Mix the condensed milk into the prepared chocolate and butter mixture.
  3. Stir in the flour,bakingpowder and mix all the batters evenly.
  4. Preheat the oven at 180 degrees C.
  5. Take 8 medium size ramekins and grease them with butter.
  6. Fill the ramekins 3/4 with the chocolate mixture and bake for about 12 minutes in the oven.
  7. When the cake is fully baked, remove the ramekins from the oven and allow to cool on a wire rack.
  8. With the help of spoon, gently loosen the edges of the cake and transfer it from the ramekins to the serving plate.

Farali Kadhi


Ingredients
  1. ½ liter medium Sour Butter milk
  2. ½ tbsp Rajagara  flour
  3. 2 tsp Coriander leaves (chopped)
  4. For seasoning
  5. 5-6 Curry leaves
  6. 2 tsp Cumin seeds
  7. Salt to taste
  8. 1 dry Red chili
  9. 2 tsp Ginger-chili paste
  10. 2 tsp Sugar
Method
Mix rajagara flour and butter milk.
Heat oil in a pan at slow flame.
Add curry leaves and cumin seeds in it.
When it is spluttering, add dry red chili, ginger-chili paste.
Stir for few second and add butter milk in it.
Now mix salt and sugar.
Cook for 10-15 minutes at slow flame.
Cook more if raw taste is appearing.
Garnish with coriander leaves.

ORANGE SMOOTHIE



Ingredients:

1/3rd cup frozen concentrated Orange Juice 
1 cup Milk 
1/4th cup Sugar  
2 cup Ice-cubes 
1 peeled and sliced ripe Banana

Method:
  • Mix all ingredients in mixture continue until smooth.
  • Add Ice Cube  serve immediately.

BUTTER COOKIES



Ingredients:

6 cups All purpose flour
3 teaspoons baking powder
2 cup white sugar
2 cup butter or margarine
6 tablespoons cream 
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Method:
  • Take flour, baking powder, salt and sugar together and  Mix it very well.
  • Add the butter.
  • Add  cream and vanilla extract thoroughly.
  • Wrap this dough into a foil and refrigerate for at least 1 hour
  • Preheat the oven for 400 degrees.
  • Now roll the dough into a crust which is 1/4 to 1/8 thick.
  • Now with the help of a cookie cutter, cut the cookies.
  • Lastly place them on a greased tray and bake them at 400 degrees for 5 - 8 minutes.

COCONUT CHUTNEY RECIPE



Ingredients:


1 fresh coconut
3  green chilies as per taste
2 tbsp coriander leaves (chopped)
1 tbsp lemon  juice
1 tbsp split peas (roasted)
3/4 cup plain yogurt
Salt as per Taste

Method
  • Mix all the ingredients in mixture and serve.
